We are currently recruiting an experienced FRA Carpenter to join a leading social housing company on a permanent basis, with work primarily focused on fire-rated flat entrance doors within residential properties. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, consistent work, and fully equipped working conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Remedials on Fire Doors
- Ensuring all works comply with current fire safety regulations and standards
- Carrying out adjustments, repairs, and remedial works as required
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance
- Completing job updates accurately via PDA

Essential Requirements
