We are recruiting Foot Mobile Painters to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a temp-to-perm basis starting 2nd January. This role covers commercial buildings across Central London, working Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive painting and decorating tasks as part of the wider building services team. Duties will include internal and external painting, touch-ups, patch repairs, basic filling, sanding, surface preparation, minor plastering, and maintaining overall building appearance to a high standard. Some general fabric duties may also be required when needed.
Candidates must have proven experience in painting and decorating within a commercial or facilities environment. A basic DBS check will be required before starting. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently across multiple sites on foot are essential.
