Our client is a rapidly expanding fire protection contractor with an excellent reputation in the market. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Estimator to join their commercial team, based in their state-of-the-art offices in Fenchurch Street, London.

The Role
As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a range of fire protection projects. You will work closely with senior management, operations, and supply chain partners to ensure bids are commercially sound and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
- Analysing drawings, specifications, and client requirements
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
- Identifying value engineering opportunities and commercial risks
- Working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
About You
- Proven experience as an Estimator within a fast-moving construction environment
- Backgrounds outside of fire protection will be considered, including Facilities Management, Refurbishment / Fit-Out, M&E or related construction sectors
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
