We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong CAFM implementation experience to join a national property solutions contractor as part of their major Facilities Management transformation programme. Working as part of an established programme team, you'll play a key role in the implementation of a new CAFM solution, partnering closely with the vendor throughout configuration, process mapping, data flows and solution build.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process mapping for your assigned workstream.
- Work closely with the vendor during configuration and delivery.
- Analyse and document business processes and data flows.
- Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
