We are looking for an experienced Administrator with strong recruitment administration experience to join a busy recruitment team. You will be supporting a high-volume function, managing up to 80 vacancies per week and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly from start to finish.
This is a hybrid position with one day per week (Wednesday) based at the head office, and the flexibility to work from home or from other offices on other days.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process
- Managing and updating candidate records using Talos (ATS system)
- Liaising with hiring managers and candidates to coordinate interviews and communication
- Maintaining vacancy trackers and assisting with weekly reporting
- Supporting onboarding and compliance checks when required
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a recruitment administration or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Confident using applicant tracking systems (Talos experience desirable)
- Available to start as soon as possible and commit to a 12-week contract with the potential to extend
