Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a busy team carrying on liaison pre commencement works, which will cover address list around the Manchester, Oldham and some sites in Merseyside.

Key Details:

  • Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
  • Hourly Rate: £18.59 (contract Umbrella Rate) or £14.09 basic plus £1.70 Holiday pay.
  • Contract Type: Umbrella PAYE or PAYE
  • Duration: Initially 17 weeks Guaranteed – potential for contract to be extended
  • Start Date: ASAP - after compliance checks have been made

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with residents in K&B schemes for housing stock in a similar role for planned refurbishment works.
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Van and fuel card - only for business miles
