Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee SHDF retrofit works across scattered residential properties in Leatherhead, Reigate and Walton-on-Thames.
You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure programmes are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
The role requires SHDF retrofit project experience, PAS 2030/2035 knowledge, SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold, a full UK driving licence and an own vehicle.
