Multi-Trade Operative
Social Housing
At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK.
Our client is looking for Multi Skilled Operatives to join their team on a 12 week temp to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be working on their Social Housing Repairs contracts in planned and reactive maintenance to void and tenanted properties. You will mainly working in the Knowsley contracts but will occasionally be working on the Salford contracts. They are looking for a Multi-Trade Operative candidates with experience working on wet rooms, bathrooms and kitchens.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in as many of the below duty areas:
- Kitchen, bathroom & wet room replacements
- Joinery - UPVC doors & windows, Internal doors & frames, Skirting & architrave etc
- Plastering - Patch Plastering, Damp repairs, full room plastering
- Tiling - Screed & vinyl tiles, Ceramic Wall Tiling
- Painting & Decorating
Qualifications & Qualities
And must also have the below qualities:
- Hold a relevant trades qualification (NVQ2 or equivalent)
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence (preferably clean)
- Have experience in Social Housing Repairs
- Have, or are willing to have a DBS check
Remuneration
Pay rate β Β£20PH CIS (First 12 weeks) based on a 40 hour week.
Salary after 12 weeks β Β£34,000 per annum.
Van and fuel card provided.
