Role Overview
You will be carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance works on social housing properties, ensuring all roofing works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Duties
- Repairs to pitched and flat roofs
- Tiling and slating repairs
- Felt, GRP, and lead work
- Guttering, fascia, and soffit repairs
- Identifying and repairing roof leaks
- General roofing maintenance duties
