Floor Layer – Social Housing Kingston & Surrounding Areas Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) Permanent Full-Time Monday–Friday Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Floor Layer to join a leading social housing contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services across the Kingston area. Key Responsibilities Installation of PolySafe, vinyl and lino flooring to a high standard. Fitting Cap & Cove flooring systems. Carrying out flooring works within wet rooms. Completing responsive repairs and planned maintenance flooring works. Working in occupied and void social housing properties. Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and company standards.Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Floor Layer within social housing, domestic maintenance or a similar environment. Confident fitting PolySafe, vinyl and lino flooring. Experienced in Cap & Cove installations and wet room flooring. Own tools, including a Vinyl Welder, are essential. Full UK Driving Licence. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.Benefits Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Company van and fuel card provided.
