Build Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading social housing contractor to recruit an experienced Roofer to cover the Kingston area.
Role Overview
You will be carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance works on social housing properties, ensuring all roofing works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Duties
- Repairs to pitched and flat roofs
- Tiling and slating repairs
- Felt, GRP, and lead work
- Guttering, fascia, and soffit repairs
- Identifying and repairing roof leaks
- General roofing maintenance duties
