Build Recruitment are working with a leading Housing Association to recruit a Handyperson to carry out minor repairs and safety checks across residential properties in West Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out health basic plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance
- Support communal areas and older persons schemes
- Assist with garage inspections and upkeep
- Deliver/install equipment (e.g. dehumidifiers, heaters)
- Work alongside colleagues on two-person jobs when required
- Report additional repairs and maintain van stock
Requirements:
- Experience in general maintenance or multi-trade work
- Basic skills in plumbing and carpentry
- Good communication and customer service
- Able to work independently
- Full UK Driving Licence
