The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR team with DBS checks and other general HR functions.
HR Assistant duties:- Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries, responding, re-assigning or escalating as appropriate, to ensure timely resolution.
- Process HR transactions, ensuring policies and procedures are always followed.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining our core HR system, ensuring data quality and accuracy is always of a high standard.
- Working alongside the HR team with primary oversight on DBS checks.
