We’re looking for two experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to join a dynamic team supporting asset investment and customer safety. This is a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running in the new year after a short induction before the holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out accurate stock condition surveys and record data in line with lifecycle and replacement cycles.
- Diagnose, specify, and order technical repair solutions.
- Undertake HHSRS assessments and identify Category 1 & 2 hazards.
- Report on Decent Homes non-compliance.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external agencies.
- Work independently and manage a variable caseload.
- Minimum 1 year experience in stock condition surveys.
- Background in residential surveying/building maintenance.
- HNC/HND or equivalent in a building discipline OR 5 years hands-on trade experience.
- Strong knowledge of disrepair and housing standards.
- IT literate (MS Office).
- Full UK driving license (business mileage paid).
- Flexible working hours.
- Business mileage covered.
- £28-32 per hour DOE.
