Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Skilled Labourer to join a leading social housing contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services across Havant and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation, providing support to roofing teams carrying out repairs and maintenance on occupied and void social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading materials safely.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
Assisting with ground maintenance, painting & decorating and clean up Working in occupied and void social housing properties.
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Essential Requirements Experience working within maintenance.
Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites.
Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Benefits £18.70 per hour.
Monday to Friday working hours.
