We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join a busy responsive repairs team covering Portsmouth and surrounding areas. This is a permanent, full-time role working within domestic, social housing and residential properties, carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, fault finding and testing.
The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills and experience working in occupied properties.
Key Responsibilities- Responsive electrical repairs and maintenance
- Fault finding and remedial works
- Inspection, testing and EICRs
- Working safely and efficiently in tenanted and void properties
- Ensuring all work complies with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation
- 17th or 18th Edition
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience within domestic or social housing maintenance preferred
- 2391 Inspection & Testing beneficial
- £42,564 salary
- Company van and fuel card
- Out of hours call out rota with additional payments
