Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Handyperson to join our clients team. The role involves performing a wide range of repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upgrades across luxury residential properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, high standards of workmanship, and the ability to work independently to deliver premium results.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and small-scale refurbishments (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works).
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure all properties remain in excellent condition.
Diagnose issues and perform efficient repairs with minimal disruption to residents.
Liaise with the facilities team to report and document work completed.
Ensure all work meets safety regulations and high-quality standards.
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Handyperson or Maintenance Technician in high-end residential or hospitality environments.
Strong skills in multiple trades: carpentry, painting & decorating, basic plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.
Understanding of health and safety standards and compliance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications (Preferred)
Relevant trade certifications or NVQ (Level 2/3) in a maintenance-related field OR 5 years experience.
Full UK driving license preferred.
