Senior Cad/Revit Technician Winchester Up to 55k plus package Permanent We have an exciting opportunity for a CAD/Revit Technician to join a experienced MEP engineering team in their Winchester office. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of high-quality building services designs across a wide variety of projects. You will contribute to projects for an enviable client base, with our team currently delivering new build and refurbishment schemes across sectors including defence, education, residential, and healthcare, among others. What you need to do to be effective in this role: Prepare and develop 2D CAD drawings and 3D Revit MEP models, including general arrangement drawings, sections, details, and schedules, in collaboration with engineers and design teams Work closely with MEP engineers and technicians to develop coordinated design outputs in line with project requirements Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and external consultants to ensure designs are fully coordinated and aligned with project programmes Apply sound technical judgement to ensure all drawings and models are accurate, clear, and meet expected quality standards Take responsibility for checking your own work, as well as reviewing outputs from others where required Deliver work to agreed timescales, programmes, and budget constraints Support and mentor junior team members or apprentices in...
