The Role
- Carrying out responsive repairs and day-to-day maintenance within occupied social housing properties
- Joinery and carpentry repairs including doors, frames, locks, kitchens and general woodwork
- Completing multi-trade works including basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring repairs and damp
