The Role:
- Ideally qualified within Plumbing but not necessary
- Carpentry – Maintenance – Hanging doors, fixing skirting, changing handles
- Plumbing – Maintenance – Fitting taps, fixing leaks, drainage, bathroom fitting
- Wet Trades – Patch plaster, painting decorating
Skills & Experience Preferred:
- NVQ Plumbing or Carpentry
- Full UK Drivers License
- 2 Years property maintenance experience
- Ability to be self-efficient
