We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-paced and growing maintenance company for an experienced Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to join their busy operations team in Hamilton. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys coordinating multiple priorities throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily planning and scheduling of work packages for approximately 30 field-based engineers
  • Coordinating materials and ensuring engineers have the resources required to complete jobs
  • Supporting the helpdesk team with customer enquiries and job updates
  • Monitoring job progress and reallocating workloads where necessary
  • Liaising with engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure service delivery targets are achieved
