An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join a growing and fast-paced business operating within the renewable energy sector. This is a key position within the company and would suit someone highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks within a busy office environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring surveys, appointments and operational administration are coordinated efficiently and followed through.

The Role

  • Managing day-to-day office operations

  • Supporting operational scheduling and diary management
  • Liaising with clients, surveyors and internal teams
  • Maintaining CRM systems and accurate records

  • Previous Office Manager, Operations Coordinator or Senior Administration experience
