At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced Groundworker for a full-time position in Liverpool on a permanent basis working in social housing maintenance. Experience in social housing is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi-skilled. You will be provided with your own company van.
There are two positions available.
The Job and duties of Groundworker/fencer:
- Undertaking repairs
- Travelling from property to property undertaking repairs
- Be happy customer facing
Groundworkers must be experienced and willing to travel to different properties to undertake repairs.
Requirements for a Groundworker:
- You will need a Full UK driving license
- Hold an NVQ in groundworks or fencing
- Proven experience in the reactive repairs and maintenance sector
- Be able to provide at least two working references
