We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join a reputable social housing maintenance contractor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves carrying out flat entrance door installations and repairs within occupied residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with fire safety and building regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and replace flat entrance and fire-rated doorsets.
Undertake general carpentry and joinery maintenance tasks as required.
