Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Floor Layer to join a leading national social housing contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term, stable work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Laying and finishing a range of floor coverings within occupied residential properties, including cap and cover, vinyl, and similar materials

  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes

  • Working professionally and respectfully in tenants’ homes

  • Requirements:

  • NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Floor Laying

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
