Location: Flint
Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 months)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Pay: £15.50 PAYE up to £19 Umbrella PAYE

We are currently seeking an experienced Banksman for a key project based in Leicester. This is a fixed-term contract role, offering steady work for 6 to 12 months, with the potential for extension depending on project progression.
Responsibilities:
- Directing vehicles and plant machinery on and around site
- Ensuring the safe movement of heavy vehicles and materials
- Communicating effectively with drivers, operators, and ground personnel
- Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations and site protocols
- Supporting site operations as required by the site manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Banksman or Traffic Marshal
- Valid CSCS Card and NPORS Banksman/Traffic Marshal certification
- Excellent communication and spatial awareness
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
