About Us:
We are a social housing specialist investing in homes and neighbourhoods. This role involves working within the Fire team, specifically on flat entrance doors. Responsibilities include carrying out fire safety checks, door safety assessments, fireproofing, and ensuring compliance with current rules and regulations. The Carpenter will evaluate the standards of the doors after gaining entry.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect doors for safety and compliance
- Use PDA devices to evaluate door regulations and answer related questions
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of carpentry experience
- Ability to operate PDA devices
Preferred: NVQ Carpentry Level 2
Package:
- 28 days annual leave + public holidays
