An opportunity to start a 12-16 week temporary role as a cleaner in Falmouth.
Working in an interesting environment your job is to build clean refurbished vessels within the dockyard.
The job could lead to a permanent position.
All equipment and PPE will be provided, but you will need your own CSCS card.
The contract will be for 40 hours per week.
Standard hours 07:30am - 16:00pm
There may be an opportunity for overtime and weekends at time and a half.
Day to day
To clean a large ship which has come in to port for a refurbishment.
Sweeping, hoovering, changing bins, managing waste, wiping down, polishing and disinfecting areas of the ship.
The works are pre planned and fairly straightforward.
To complete an online security form and attend an induction prior to start.
All PPE and equipment will be provided to you.
Requirements
Must have an in date CSCS card.
Previous experience in cleaning is non essential but may be an advantage.
To be able to work in an environment where professionalism and responsibility is required all times.
Good work ethic. Clean driving licence and transport is non essential but would be an advantage. Good timekeeping. All PPE and equipment will be provided to you.
