Fabric Engineer

Fabric Engineer – Chiswick We are currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to join a site-based team in Chiswick. The role will involve carrying out general building maintenance and fabric-related tasks to ensure the site is kept in a safe, functional, and well-presented condition. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out general fabric maintenance including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and patch repairs Undertaking reactive maintenance and planned works Identifying and reporting further repair requirements Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards Requirements: Previous experience in a Fabric Engineer or similar maintenance role Good all-round building maintenance knowledge Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Must be able to pass a basic DBS check Location: Chiswick
