We are currently working with a busy client looking for a competent tradesman with a SSSTS qualification. You will be doing social housing maintenance, possibly managing 1 other tradesman in the coming months while being on the tools. This position will start as a temp role, using your own van (paid mileage). We can pay umbrella CIS or PAYE.
Foreman Day to Day:
- Various maintenance work on domestic properties
- All trades work including carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering, external repairs etc.
- Progressing your career in construction management
- Driving company van safely and responsibly
- Travelling to different sites in the Exeter area in the work van
Foreman Requirements:
- Good all round trades experience
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- Previous experience working within social housing
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving license
- DBS will be required
