Senior Quantity SurveyorExeter, Devon Up to £70,000 per annum package Full-Time Permanent (hybrid) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing civil engineering and construction contractor based in Exeter. Working from the Exeter office, you will play a key role in the commercial management of a diverse portfolio of projects across the South West. The business specialises in areas including groundworks, earthworks, civil engineering, remediation, infrastructure and enabling works, delivering projects for both public and private sector clients. Key Responsibilities Managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects from inception through to final account. Preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages, valuations and variations. Monitoring project costs, budgets and forecasts. Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities. Producing accurate cost reports and financial updates for senior management. Managing subcontractor accounts and payment applications. Supporting project delivery teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
