We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for a Repairs Surveyor based in and around Exeter.

The Repairs Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out surveys and property inspections, whilst overseeing the delivery of subcontracted repairs and ensuring repairs are highlighted and completed within timescales.

Repairs Surveyor duties:

  • Carry out surveys of properties within your specified region, including Damp Mould and Condensation inspections.
  • Be responsible for diagnosing the cause of complex faults and failures, and post-inspection works.
  • Ensure high-quality, optimum works are delivered in budget, on time, safely and to a high standard whilst achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction KPIs and ensuring value for money is achieved through the delivery of effective procurement and management of repairs.

What is required for the role:

  • Experience with HHSRS assessments
  • Educated to Level 4 (HNC in Surveying or Construction & Built Environment or equivalent) or higher.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Social Housing experience
