Multi Trade Operative - Exeter Area We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade who will provide a maintenance service on social housing properties in the Exeter area. Role Details/ Benefits: * £38-40k van and fuel card * Temp to perm, 12 weeks * 25 days holiday bank holidays * Other company benefits including Life Assurance, Eye Tests, Competitive Pension Scheme, Lifestyle Benefits Multiskilled Operative Day to Day: * All aspects of maintenance work in properties, mainly carpentry but you will need to be able to do other trades to a good level as well * Dealing with customers, being polite and professional * Driving a company van safely and responsibly * Following a spec to complete works * Reporting to your Supervisor Multiskilled Operative Requirements: * Good multi-trade experience * Carpentry qualification or 10 years * DBS - will be completed prior to start * Good attitude * Honest and reliable This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to continue their multi trade career with a busy company working in Exeter.
