Housing Caretaker Canning Town
Location: Canning Town, London
Hours: 8am 4pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: 6-month temporary (initially)
Salary: £26,700 per annum (pro rata)
We are currently seeking an experienced Housing Caretaker to join our team in the Canning Town area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in caretaking, estate services, or the housing sector who takes pride in keeping environments clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:

General maintenance of housing estates and communal areas

Groundskeeping and ensuring external areas are clean and tidy

Carrying out minor repairs and reporting issues as required

Supporting the housing team with day-to-day upkeep and safety checks
Requirements:

Previous experience in a caretaking or estate maintenance role, ideally within housing or property services
