The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing passive fire protection contractor delivering fire safety and compliance programmes for a portfolio of Housing Associations across London. As the business continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced Passive Fire Manager to take ownership of supply chain management, strengthen existing client relationships and support the continued growth of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive passive fire experience who enjoys working closely with clients, managing specialist subcontractors and driving high-quality contract delivery.
The Role
- Manage the supply chain across multiple passive fire protection contracts.
- Oversee the delivery of fire door installation, fire door maintenance, fire stopping and compartmentation works.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Housing Associations and key client stakeholders.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, quality, compliance and programme delivery.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with current fire safety legislation, industry standards and third-party accreditation requirements.
- Carry out site inspections and quality audits where required.
