About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Electrical Improver to join our maintenance team on a temp-to-perm basis. Working across the Enfield Civic Centre and surrounding sites, you will support qualified engineers with planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical works. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ hands-on experience who is working towards becoming fully qualified.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with PPMs and reactive maintenance across multiple sites in Enfield
- Carry out basic electrical tasks under the guidance of qualified engineers
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow health and safety procedures
- Support the team with accurate completion of paperwork and maintenance records
- Represent the company in a professional manner when visiting sites
Requirements
- Level 1 or Level 2 Electrical Qualification (essential)
- Working towards full qualification (NVQ Level 3)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (advantageous)
- 2–3 years’ site-based electrical experience
- Clean UK driving licence preferred
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team
