Role Overview

Housing Maintenance Specialist carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

Repair electrical parts and install components.
Fit wires, sockets and switches in homes.
Rewire homes.
Fault finding and socket changes.
Inspect and test electrical installations.
Receive and complete works via PDA device.

Skills & Experience

18th Edition Level 3 NVQ.
Full UK Driver\’s Licence.
Social Housing experience preferred.

Offer

Straight permanent or Temp-to-Permanent, 40K per year.
