Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Electrician for maintenance work within domestic properties in Kingston-upon-Thames.
The Electrician will be a van-mobile operative, receiving a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.
Hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Electrician:
Carry out electrical repairs and planned maintenance in occupied and void properties
Undertake fault finding and ensure all work complies with current regulations
Record all jobs and tasks using the PDA system
Follow Health & Safety policies; use provided PPE
About you as the Electrician:
Experienced Electrician with proven domestic maintenance experience
Recognised electrical qualifications (Level 3 and 18th Edition)
Full UK Driving Licence
