£300-£500 Per Day, Price Work Ongoing Social Housing Contract Immediate Starts Birmingham/ Castle Vale Area x 6 Testers

Are you an experienced Electrical Tester looking for consistent, long-term work with strong earning potential? We are recruiting multiple EICR Electricians to join an ongoing social housing programme carrying out domestic EICR testing across occupied properties.

  • Price work list with clear and streamlined individual pricings per remedial work and tests. Most properties require approximately 25-45% testing, enabling productive and experienced Electrical Testers to complete multiple properties per day.

Please note: the company will endeavour to book continual properties for testing, however this is subject to tenant availability.

Required Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
  • 2391 / 2394 / 2395 or equivalent Testing & Inspection qualification
  • 18th Edition
  • DBS Check
  • Basic Asbestos Awareness
  • Working at Height
  • Full UK Driving Licence

You Must Have

  • Own van
  • Own calibrated tester
  • Own tools

Ideal Experience

  • EICR testing within social housing, writing reports of a detailed nature
  • Occupied property experience
  • Strong testing and fault-finding abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
