Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: £25 per hour (Umbrella)

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join a busy maintenance team in Kingston. This is a temp-to-perm position offering long-term stability within a commercial environment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding skills, along with experience working on building services systems.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in one of the following:

    C&G Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems & Equipment (Buildings, Structures & Environment)

    EAL NVQ Level 3 Installing Electrotechnical Systems & Equipment

    C&G 2356 Level 3 Electrotechnical Services – Electrical Installation (Buildings & Structures)

    C&G 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation (Buildings & Structures)

    OR older qualifications such as C&G 236 Part A & B or Part 1 & 2

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G or EAL equivalent)

  • Strong fault-finding and general maintenance abilities

  • Experience within commercial or retail environments preferred

  • Good understanding of health and safety and safe isolation procedures

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
