This is a great opportunity for a qualified electrician with experience in domestic maintenance and social housing environments. The RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical maintenance and installation works, including: EICRs and electrical testing Remedial and repair works Bathroom and kitchen rewiring/wiring General electrical maintenance within social housing properties Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required standards Requirements Fully qualified Electrician 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification – essential Previous experience in domestic maintenance/social housing preferred Good knowledge of electrical testing, inspection and remedial works Full UK driving licence Professional and reliable approach to work What's on Offer 40 hours per week Company van provided Long-term opportunity Work based in and around Dundee Regular Monday–Friday working pattern Opportunity to work with an established social housing maintenance team Interested?
