Air Conditioning Engineer (AC Engineer) – Manchester.
Build Recruitment is seeking an AC Engineer to join a client in Manchester on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have experience in fault finding and repairs on air conditioning systems and be confident working independently or as part of a team.
The role mainly involves maintenance work on commercial buildings (offices).
Approximately 80% of work will be in the North-West and the remaining 20% in the Midlands and Leeds/Yorkshire areas.
Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance, fault finding and repairs on air conditioning systems in commercial buildings.
- Work independently and as part of a team as required.
- Travel to sites in the North-West and, occasionally, the Midlands and Leeds/Yorkshire areas.
Qualifications
- Experience in fault finding and repairs on AC systems.
- Experience working on commercial buildings.
- NVQ Level 2/3 or Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
- UK driving license.
