Disrepairs Supervisor

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Disrepairs Supervisor to join their team based in North London overseeing a team of Multi-Trade Operatives responsible for the management and supervision of sub-contractors who complete disrepair repairs on behalf of the local authority.

The successful candidate will be expected to not only supervise any disrepair and maintenance works carried out but also ensure performance and KPIs are managed within agreed parameters.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent knowledge of repairs and maintenance services in housing.
2. Proven experience in property maintenance, housing management, or a related field.
3. Experience in supervising or managing a team.
4. Experience in managing contractors and overseeing maintenance works.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident and experienced Disrepair Supervisor to join a well-established DLO working on behalf of a busy local authority where you will receive a competitive hourly rate for a contract running until April 2026.
