Our client is one of the UK's leading housing associations and developers, looking for a highly motivated and experienced Disrepairs Supervisor to join their team based in Stratford overseeing a team of Multi-Trade Operatives responsible for the management and supervision of sub-contractors who complete disrepair repairs. The successful candidate will be expected to not only supervise any disrepair and maintenance works carried out but also ensure performance and KPIs are managed within agreed parameters.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of maintenance and social housing
- Understanding of managing reactive disrepair and complaint cases
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working to a set of KPIs and Service Level Agreements
- Ability to manage a dispersed team of multi-trade operatives
- Experience in managing pre and post inspection repairs works
- Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to monitor works in terms of quality and cost
