As they prepare for significant growth — up to 50% expansion over the next 12–18 months — they’re seeking an inspiring Director of Operations & Culture to shape and lead the people, culture, and communications strategy.
The Role:
- Lead HR and people operations — recruitment, onboarding and engagement.
- Develop and deliver a people and culture strategy that connects a remote-working team.
- Oversee marketing, brand and communications, ensuring alignment across all channels.
- Champion the company’s values and ensure culture scales with growth.

About You:
