Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Supervisor to join a leading social housing maintenance provider. You will be responsible for managing damp & mould cases from initial report through to completion, ensuring timely responses, strong resident engagement, and high-quality remedial works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage damp & mould cases end-to-end.
  • Oversee first response, ensuring quality and full evidence capture.
  • Coordinate follow-on works with internal teams and contractors.
  • Manage access, vulnerabilities, and risk.
  • Monitor performance (KPIs, response times, completions).
  • Support complaints and Ombudsman enquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in a supervisory role within social housing or maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of damp & mould processes.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience with case management and reporting.
  • Knowledge of housing legislation (HHSRS, Awaab's Law).
  • Full UK driving licence.
