Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Supervisor to join a leading social housing maintenance provider. You will be responsible for managing damp & mould cases from initial report through to completion, ensuring timely responses, strong resident engagement, and high-quality remedial works.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage damp & mould cases end-to-end.
- Oversee first response, ensuring quality and full evidence capture.
- Coordinate follow-on works with internal teams and contractors.
- Manage access, vulnerabilities, and risk.
- Monitor performance (KPIs, response times, completions).
- Support complaints and Ombudsman enquiries.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory role within social housing or maintenance.
- Strong understanding of damp & mould processes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with case management and reporting.
- Knowledge of housing legislation (HHSRS, Awaab's Law).
- Full UK driving licence.
