This is an excellent opportunity for a Multi Trader with a strong background in plastering, tiling and painting/decorating who is looking for a stable, long-term position working across residential properties. The RoleAs a Wet Multi Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality repair and remedial works within customers' homes, with a particular focus on wet trades and making good following disrepair issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Carrying out plastering and skimming works. Undertaking tiling to walls and floors. Painting and decorating following repair works. Completing general making-good works. Repairing and treating damaged walls, ceilings and surfaces. Carrying out remedial works associated with disrepair cases. Working in occupied residential properties and maintaining a professional approach with residents. Diagnosing issues and completing repairs to a high standard. Working alongside other trades and members of the disrepair team. Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales. Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and aiming for a first-time fix. Completing relevant paperwork and job records. About YouWe're looking for an experienced Multi Trader who has a strong wet trades background. You should have: Strong experience in plastering/skimming. Good tiling experience. Painting and decorating experience. Previous experience working within residential properties. Ideally, experience within social housing, maintenance, repairs or disrepair. The ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Good communication and customer service skills. A professional approach when working in customers' homes.
