Multi Trader – Kitchens & BathroomsLocation: Croydon Salary: £22p/h Van & Fuel Card Hours: 42.5 Hours p/w Sector: Social Housing / Planned Works We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established social housing and property maintenance contractor, delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works across residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a Multi Trader who is confident working across several trades and has previous experience delivering kitchen and bathroom installations or refurbishments. The RoleAs a Multi Trader, you will work as part of a planned refurbishment team, carrying out a variety of trade activities associated with kitchen and bathroom upgrades. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works. Basic plumbing associated with kitchen and bathroom installations. Carpentry and joinery works. Tiling to walls and floors. Plastering and making good. Painting and decorating. Installing and adjusting units, fixtures and fittings. Completing remedial and snagging works. Working alongside other trades to ensure refurbishment programmes are completed on time. Maintaining a high standard of workmanship across all aspects of the job. Working safely and in accordance with relevant health & safety procedures. Liaising professionally with residents and customers while working in occupied properties. Completing works efficiently and aiming for a high level of first-time completion. About YouThe ideal candidate will be an experienced Multi Trader with a background in kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. You should have experience in a combination of: Kitchen fitting/installation. Bathroom fitting/installation. Basic plumbing. Carpentry/joinery. Tiling. Plastering. Painting and decorating. General property maintenance. Previous experience within social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or residential property maintenance would be highly advantageous. You'll also need: Good communication and customer service skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team. A strong eye for detail and quality.
