Hours: 42.5 Hours per week – Mon to Fri

Hourly Rate: £20.50 PH CIS (Weekly Pay)

Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced floor layer to join a national social housing contractor.

Duties:

  • You will be responsible for laying and finishing a variety of floor coverings in residential occupied properties (cap & cover, vinyl etc).
  • Completing tasks in line with deadlines.

All applicants must have an NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in floor laying and must hold a full UK driver's license. You will also have excellent customer service skills.
