Supervisor to cover the
Swindon area .
Day to Day
Managing responsive repairs and planned maintenance works across social housing properties throughout the Swindon area.
You will oversee a team of operatives, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service.
Job Role
- Carrying out property inspections and surveys.
- Scoping and scheduling repair works.
- Managing and supporting operatives and subcontractors.
- Monitoring health & safety compliance on site.
- Delivering toolbox talks and conducting regular site visits.
- Ensuring works are completed within KPI and SLA targets.
- Liaising with tenants, clients and internal teams.
- Updating job progress using IT systems and producing reports where required.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
- Strong building and technical knowledge.
- Time-served trades background with supervisory or management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation.
- Good understanding of responsive repairs and social housing maintenance.
- Strong organisational and people management skills.
- IT literate with experience using handheld or job management systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
