Supervisor to cover the

Swindon area .

Day to Day

Managing responsive repairs and planned maintenance works across social housing properties throughout the Swindon area.

You will oversee a team of operatives, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service.

Job Role

  • Carrying out property inspections and surveys.
  • Scoping and scheduling repair works.
  • Managing and supporting operatives and subcontractors.
  • Monitoring health & safety compliance on site.
  • Delivering toolbox talks and conducting regular site visits.
  • Ensuring works are completed within KPI and SLA targets.
  • Liaising with tenants, clients and internal teams.
  • Updating job progress using IT systems and producing reports where required.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)

  • Strong building and technical knowledge.
  • Time-served trades background with supervisory or management experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation.
  • Good understanding of responsive repairs and social housing maintenance.
  • Strong organisational and people management skills.
  • IT literate with experience using handheld or job management systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
